Aam Panna is an Indian drink made from Green Mangoes and serves as a tasty and healthy beverage during the summer heat. Lassi is another popular drink made of Yoghurt salt and sugar. Nimbu Pani, a very Indian drink made of simple ingredients like lemon, sugar and salt.

Apart from being tasty and refreshing these drinks also are believed to be a rich source of pectin, as it has presence of oxalic, citric and malic acids. The drinks prevent the excessive loss of sodium chloride and iron which happens during summer due to excessive sweating.
