To prepare some fine parathas, all you need is grated Paneer, chopped Onion, Coriander leaves, ginger (grated), Ajwain (optional), Butter / Oil, Graram masala and others. These ingredients are essential to make your Paratha a real tasty one. The best thing about a Paneer Paratha is that, you can have it with any thing, special preferences being Rajma and Chholey. The first and foremost step towards making a delicious Paneer Paratha is to make dough out of whole wheat flour, catering to the number of parathas you want to make. Those who do not know much about cooking, must know that, preparing a paratha will call for mixing all the ingredients in a bowl. After you make two medium size chapatis, the mixture has to be added in them. After rolling the chapatis it has to be heated over a flat griddle plate. Some amount of oil or butter is to be spread on the paratha and shallow fry over low heat. Once the Paneer Paratha takes little brownish color, it is well prepared to be served. It can be served with yogurt or favorite pickle.
