First prepare the seasoning. For this you will need to mix one cup salt, on-fourth cup black peppers and garlic powder. You can store this seasoning in an airtight container for around six months.



Beat four eggs with one-third cup of water in a bowl and then add one cup of red pepper sauce in the mixture. This will give the mixture a bright orange color. Take another bowl and mix two cups of self raising flour and one teaspoon of pepper. You can piece two and a half pound of chicken and then marinate it with the prepared seasoning. Soak the seasoned chicken in the egg and pepper sauce mix. You can then cover the preparation with the flour mix. Now fry the chicken in oil which should be around 350 degrees F. You can keep frying the chicken till it gets a brownish tinge. The total time for frying can range from 13 to 14 minutes. This preparation will supply for four servings.
