Fried Shrimp

Among the popular cuisines, the American Non-vegetarian Dishes are quite renowned. These dishes are famous within the country and even in various other parts of the world. Non-vegetarian American Dishes come in great variety and are quite delectable. American Non-vegetarian Dishes are surely among the Popular International Cuisines. Fried Shrimp is one of the American Non-vegetarian Dish which is favored by all. Shrimp Fried, being a “tight crust” preparation, the quantity of greasiness in the food is almost minimum. This adds to the food value of Fried Shrimp. The preparation of the Fried Shrimp of America is not very cumbersome. The methods are quite easy and it takes very less time to cook Fried Shrimps.
The shrimp should be washed and de-veined properly. Then clean clean the shrimp and remove the shells, the residue is the part that is to be used. After slight rinsing the shrimp you can start the cooking. Both wet mix and dry mix can be used for making Fried Shrimps. The ingredients needed for each are as follows: Wet Mix: 2 eggs, 1tbs. Creole Seasoning, 2/3 cup of milk, ½ tsp. onion powder, ½ tsp. of garlic powder, 1 tsp. cayenne pepper, 1 tsp. hot sauce. All the ingredients are then to be mixed and then should be marinated for 30 minutes.



If you are thinking About Cooking with the Dry Mix, then use 2 cups of flour or busquick, 2 tbs. Creole Seasoning, ¾ cup cornstarch, ½ tsp. salt, ½ tsp. cayenne, ½ tsp. black pepper, 1 tbs. Dried parsley, 1 tsp. lemon and pepper seasoning. Peanut oil is to be used while frying, and the shrimp is to be fried at 375 degree Fahrenheit. After frying, garnish it and serve.
