  • Roast chicken in a preheated oven of 450 degree Fehreinheit for 20 minutes then lower the temperature to 350 degree Fehrienheit and continue roasting until the chicken is soft.
  • The entire process will take nearly 1 hour 20 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken from the oven and let it settle down for nearly 1 hour.
  • Serve the dish with herb sprigs and vinaigrette.
