Chicken Fajitas

The ingredients that you will need are canola oil, boneless chicken halves (cut into strips), an onion (cut into very small wedges), garlic, four peppers, one zucchini, eight warmed flour tortilla, half cup of sour cream, guacamole and a bunch of green onions.

Heat the onion in a very heavy skillet. Put the chicken strips in the highly heated oil and stir constantly. Continue stirring for five minutes. If the chicken stripes are not cooked within this time, continue a bit longer. In the meantime, add onion, garlic and pepper to the heated oil in the pan. After heating them for nearly two minutes, add the zucchini and then cook for five minutes more. Now, return to the chicken. Mix all the ingredients and then cook them for a very short while in a mild heat. Add sliced green onion, guacamole and sour cream to vive it a colored look. Serve it with cooked rice.
