The ingredients that you will require to cook the Mexican Beef are roasted beef, onion, garlic, clove garlic, oregano, salt, flour, pepper, tomatoes and chopped green chili.
Keep all the ingredients handy while you start cooking. Cook the roast till the meat becomes tender. When you are sure that the meat can be shred easily, remove the meat from the pot. Add spices, finely chopped onion and garlic to the meat and keep simmering for ten to fifteen minutes. In the meantime, add warm water to the flour and make a paste, and add it to the liquid. Keep stirring it at low heat until it gets thickened. Now, you can add tomatoes, and chopped chilies to the shredded roast in the pot. Now simmer again the whole thing for a few minutes. Mexico Beef is ready now and you can serve it as a side dish with rice. You may also use it in taco shells.
