The ingredients required for Chicken Spring Roll include rice noodles, round paper wrappers, cooked shredded chicken, carrots, cucumber, fresh mint leaves, and lettuce leaves. For the dipping sauce you need lime juice, sugar, fish sauce, minced garlic, Thai chilies, carrots and warm water. The method to prepare Chicken Spring Rolls involves cooking rice noodles in boiling water for two to 3 minutes and then rinse with cold water and set aside. Then spread a damp towel on a counter and fill a pan with hot water. Place one-twelfth amount of the chicken in a horizontal line to the bottom third of the rice paper wrapper.



The next step in making Sprig Rolls involves placing small portion of rice noodles over chicken and then spread some carrots, cucumber and 4 to 5 mint leaves over noodles. After that fold the bottom half of rice paper wrapper over filling, and use your fingers to press down on the ingredients.
